Exmoor Escapes Competition Terms and Conditions

​1. Eligibility

​

• This competition is open to UK residents aged 25 years or over.

• Entrants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience. Other license requirements can be found in our Terms of Hire Agreement.

• Employees of Exmoor Escapes, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.​

2. Entry

​

• To enter the competition, participants must purchase at least one entry.

• Each entrant may submit as many entries as they like.

3. Winner Selection​

​

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

• The draw will take place when directed on social media and will be conducted fairly and impartially using a randomised "Wheel" website. The draw will be videod and posted on social media.

4. Prize​

​

• The prize will be outlined in the original social media post. Several competitions may be ran simultaneously.

• The prize will include insurance and mileage, subject to our terms of hire.

• The winner is responsible for fuel costs, optional extras, security deposits, and compliance with Exmoor Escapes’ terms of hire.

• The prize must be used within 6 months of being awarded and is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates may apply.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

• Exmoor Escapes reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Notification​

​

• The winner will be announced via social media, and winner will be asked to contact Exmoor Escapes via direct message to acknowledge their win.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the draw, they will forfeit the prize and another winner may be selected at random.

6. Publicity

​

• By entering the competition, entrants agree that Exmoor Escapes may use their name and, with consent, photographs or testimonials for promotional purposes in connection with the competition without additional compensation.

7. Data Protection​

• Personal data provided will only be used to administer the competition and in accordance with Exmoor Escapes’ Privacy Policy, available here.

8. General

​

• Exmoor Escapes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
